PROCESSING TIME
All orders will be prepared, packaged and dispatched within 1-3 working days.

SHIPPING TIME
If you select standard delivery, orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. This service aims to deliver items within 2-5 working days from dispatch and is not tracked.

We also have an Express option available at checkout. Your item(s) will then be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. This service aims to deliver items within 1-3 working days and is not tracked.

Please keep in mind that these are estimated shipping times only, and may be affected by things like location, weather and the holiday season. We ship our products from the Scottish Highlands. Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to arrive. There won't be any deliveries on bank holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS:
We don't accept returns of items, but in the unlikely case that you have an issue with your order, please contact us at itsstarwoodbay@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help!

We accept cancellations (if your order hasn't shipped yet) and will refund you for your purchase if you issue your request within 24 hours of purchase.
